Teaching Environment
Our teachers have the freedom to choose where they wish to live. We take their preferences into consideration and provide assistance with all the logistic details in arranging viewings, communicating with landlords, and settling housing contracts. We also provide two weeks free accommodation on arrival to make the transition smoother. Most teachers have no problem finding a suitable place to live within two weeks.
We understand that travelling can be overwhelming and exhausting. Our teachers can arrive stress-free knowing that one of our staff and a driver will be there to meet them and take them to their accommodation.
We recognize that part of immersing oneself in a new culture is learning the local language. Learning some basic phrases and language foundations enriches teachers' experience abroad and also gives them insight into our students' experience as they are learning a new language as well. We provide two hours of Mandarin classes a week for our teachers.
Seasonally, Foresight organizes special celebration dinners for our teachers to gather together.
We offer special excursion packages for our teachers to explore and experience the local culture together. These excursions give teachers the opportunity to visit places and discover aspects of the culture they might not otherwise experience, as well as the opportunity to connect with teachers from other schools.
