Step 1: Apply
Apply and submit your documents using the Online Application Form.
Step 2: First Interview
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by our hiring team, usually within a week, to arrange a Skype interview with one of our Ontario principals. This interview will focus on evaluating your qualifications, skills, and experience as a teacher.
Your references will also be contacted to complete a reference check form.

Step 3: Second Interview
Upon recommendation of one of our Ontario principals, our HR team will contact you to arrange a second interview with an HR representative. This interview will be to discuss teaching placement and contract details.
Step 4: Contract Offer
If an offer is made, a contract will be sent to you by email. After receiving your signed contract, we will begin working with you to collect documents to apply for your visa and work permit.
