We are an education company that partners with local Taiwanese private schools to deliver our own ESL program within the schools.

Our teachers work in local schools.

We are not a cram school, an after-school program, or language academy. Our Ontario-based ESL program is implemented within local elementary and secondary schools by a teaching team that includes teachers, educational assistants, administrators, and leadership staff. We operate like a "school within a school."

Unlike cram schools, which often require teachers to work evenings and weekends, our teachers work regular school hours (Monday to Friday, roughly 8:30 to 4:30, depending on the school).

We support our teachers through every step.

We are not a recruiter, meaning we do not hire teachers to pass off to other education institutions. Rather, we hire teachers for our own program and are committed to supporting them for their entire journey with us.
