Your journey in Taiwan begins with a comprehensive orientation each August. Our principals, consultants, lead teachers, and site directors work together to guide you through training, curriculum preparation, and cultural adjustment, ensuring you feel ready, confident, and supported from day one.
Mentorship and Peer Support Networks
Foresight’s lead teachers act as dedicated mentors, helping new teachers navigate curriculum, classroom management, and school culture. Alongside a supportive peer network, every teacher has someone to lean on from day one.
Workshops, Seminars & Career Growth
One of the key areas that Foresight emphasizes is teacher support and career growth through professional development. We believe that each teacher has something to offer and something to learn in their journey, and we hold regular workshops to help our teachers grow their skills and learn new techniques. These sessions cover a range of topics, from classroom management strategies, to teaching early literacy and differentiating instruction, as well as workshops to support report card writing, preparing for parent-teacher interviews, and more!
