Step 1: Apply

Step 2: First Interview
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by our hiring team and invited to an online meeting or to an interview with one of our Ontario principals. This interview will focus on evaluating your qualifications,skills, and experience as a teacher. Your references will also be contacted to complete a reference check form.

Step 3: Second Interview
Upon recommendation of one of our Ontario principals, our HR team will contact you to arrange a second interview with an HR representative. This interview will be to discuss teaching placement and contract details.
Step 4: Contract Offer
If an offer is made, a contract will be sent to you by email. After receiving your signed contract, we will begin working with you to collect documents to apply for your visa and
work permit.
