Our Mission and Vision

The Founding of Foresight Taiwan

Founded in 1994 by CEO Tony Wu, Foresight International Education Center (FIEC) began with a mission to empower students for global success through international learning.

Starting with study abroad programs, Foresight soon expanded to ESL camps and cross-cultural partnerships with Ontario school boards. In 2015, the first Ontario-based ESL program launched in Taiwan — now with over 50 certified teachers inspiring students to connect globally while embracing their roots.

Over the past 30 years, we have built trusted relationships with global education partners such as the Toronto District School Board, Toronto Catholic District School Board, York Region District School Board, and Singapore Education Services.

To date, we have collaborated with institutions from more than 16 countries – including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Australia, and Singapore – delivering diverse international curricula to over 1,500 secondary schools, universities, and language institutes worldwide.
